Last evening in Indianapolis, Archbishop Chaput addressed a group of Catholic journalists on the eve of the “Fortnight for Freedom.” His speech offers an honest assessment of, not only his own Archdiocese of Philadelphia, but of the greater Roman Catholic Church in the U.S. at the present time. Never without hope, the Archbishop’s speech provided here, offers a siren call to Catholics across the nation as well as plants the seeds of a vision moving forward.
