Locally Thomas A. Shakely has tremendous insights and ideas about how social can, and should be, used to be effective. He presents some of his thoughts in “Where Social Vitality Comes From.” Worth the read if you have any plans to be using social media as an effective tool at work, in your church, in your life, at your non-profit, etc…
